Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and KCLICK ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the KCLICK website, mobile experience, marketplace and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, browsing or purchasing on KCLICK you accept these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

KCLICK is a multi-vendor marketplace. Products are sold by independent vendors who set their own listings, prices and inventory. KCLICK provides the platform, payment processing, and dispute support, but is not the seller of record for vendor-listed items unless explicitly stated.

• Prices and availability may change at any time prior to checkout.
• Promotional discounts, vouchers and campaigns apply only while active and subject to their individual terms.
• Your order is a binding offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues — in which case we will refund any captured amount.
• Accepted payment methods include card, mobile money and (where available) cash on delivery. Card transactions are processed by our PCI-compliant providers.

Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days; express delivery 1–2 business days. Tracking is provided where available. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging, unless the listing states otherwise. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

You agree not to:

• misuse the Service or interfere with its security or operation;
• upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• scrape, reverse engineer or resell access to the Service.

Vendors agree to a separate Vendor Agreement covering listing standards, fulfilment obligations, fees and payouts. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy, legality and quality of their listings and for honouring customer orders.

The KCLICK name, logo, design system, software and original content are owned by KCLICK or its licensors. Vendor and user content remains the property of its respective owners, who grant KCLICK a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and promote that content on the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KCLICK is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KCLICK is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
