KCLICK ("we", "us") operates the KCLICK marketplace. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

• Account data — name, email, password hash, phone number, profile preferences.
• Order data — products purchased, shipping and billing addresses, payment method metadata (we never store full card numbers), order history.
• Vendor data — business name, contact, payout details and tax information when applicable.
• Usage data — pages viewed, searches, device information, IP address, approximate location and cookie identifiers.
• Communications — messages exchanged with our support team and reviews you post on the platform.

• To process orders, payments, shipping and returns.

• To personalise the catalog, recommendations and promotions.

• Vendors receive the order details required to fulfil your purchase (name, address, items, contact).
